Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are always welcoming new patients to our practice. We offer a comprehensive $100 checkup, X-ray, and polish package for new and returning patients. You can book your first appointment online or by calling 04 389 3808.

What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week, including weekends. Our hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday through Sunday.

Do you have parking available?

Yes, we offer free onsite parking for our patients. Our clinic is located at 100 Riddiford Street in Newtown. Ask our reception team for directions to our dedicated patient spaces when you arrive.

What should I do in a dental emergency?

If you have severe pain, a broken tooth, or a knocked-out tooth, call us immediately on 04 389 3808. We hold priority appointments every day specifically for emergencies.

Are you open on weekends for dental emergencies?

Yes, we are open Saturdays and Sundays until 8:00 pm to handle dental emergencies. You do not need to wait until Monday to get relief from dental pain.

How much does a checkup cost?

We offer a comprehensive package that includes a full checkup, digital X-rays, and a professional polish for just $100.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we believe dental care should be affordable. We accept a range of flexible payment options, including Q Card and Afterpay, allowing you to spread the cost of your treatment over time.

Do you accept WINZ quotes?

Yes, we accept Work and Income New Zealand (WINZ) payment cards. We are happy to provide you with a quote for emergency dental treatment to submit to WINZ.

Are you a Southern Cross Affiliated Provider?

Yes, we are an affiliated provider for Southern Cross members. We can process your claim directly at the time of your appointment.

Treatments & Procedures

Do you offer sedation for nervous patients?

Absolutely. We understand that dental anxiety is common. We offer IV Sedation (conscious sedation) to help nervous patients undergo procedures like extractions or root canals in a deeply relaxed, stress-free state.

Do you provide free dental care for children?

Yes, basic dental care is free for eligible children and teenagers up to their 18th birthday under the New Zealand government dental scheme. Please contact us to enrol your child.

How long does it take to get a dental crown?

Unlike many clinics that require weeks of waiting, we offer fast-turnaround, same-day dental crowns using our advanced in-house milling technology.
