Payment questions
Will I know the cost before treatment?
Yes. After your examination we provide a clear, itemised treatment plan with costs. Nothing proceeds until you’ve agreed to it.
Do you offer interest-free payment plans?
Yes — Q Card and Afterpay both offer interest-free terms, so you can spread the cost of treatment over time. Gem Visa and Farmers Finance cards are also accepted.
Can you provide a WINZ quote?
Absolutely. We provide written quotes for your WINZ application and accept WINZ payment cards once approved.
Are you a Southern Cross Affiliated Provider?
Yes. We offer Easy-claim, so eligible treatment can be claimed directly with Southern Cross at the clinic — you only pay any remaining balance.
Does ACC cover dental treatment?
If your dental injury was caused by an accident — a sports injury or a fall, for example — ACC may cover some or all of the cost. Our team can help you lodge the claim.
